16, 18 & 20 HAROLD TERRACE, LEEDS - REMODEL OF LIVING SPACE

Urbane Design was asked to carry out the design, project managment and marketing visualisations for the remodel of a set of 3 terraced houses let to students in the Hyde Park area of Leeds.

Originally with ground floors sub-divided into separate living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens, the properties suffered from being dark and inflexible in layout. By breaking out the original walls and converting to open plan around the retained central stair core, a bright, airy and spacious modern living space was created. Works were carrid out over 8 weeks during the summer of 2015.

Pre-completion visualisations created using Google Sketchup were provided to th landlord and allowed the property to be fully let immediately after completion.
