UNIPOL OUTLET AT LEEDS UNIVERSITY UNION

In Autumn of 2010 Urbane Design was asked to carry out the design and project management through to completion on site of a brand new lettings office within the Leeds University Union for Unipol Student Homes.

Adapting the existing abandoned shop shell, a key design feature was an 1800mm wide interractive display window, allowing passing students to carry out property searches using the touch screen, even when the lettings office itself was closed.

The small space was animated with vibrant colours and a semi-private acoustic 'pod' area was created for the use of on-site staff.
